The 33 unit building was constructed in the early 1970s and required some structural work to achieve the reconfiguration of the space which involved addition of new walls and relocation of the existing ones. Complete new electrical and lighting as well as plumbing system and fixtures were installed in addition to replacement of existing carpet and linoleum floors with hardwood, and existing panel doors with brand new mahogany doors stained to match the floor.
Kitchen and bathrooms were demolished to the stud and completely rebuilt.
