Ft. condominium is located in a historic four story Art Nouveau building in the prestigious Pacific Heights of San Francisco. Extensive structural rehabilitation was required to repair water and dry rot damage as well as seismic retrofit such as use of diaphragms and sheer walls in order to bring the building to meet modern seismic codes. The floor plan was redesigned from a three bedroom, two bathrooms, formal dining and living rooms into a three bedrooms, three bathrooms, combined living/dining rooms and a family room. The project was completed in 2007.
