• Planning: Encompassing tentative map, precise map, and final map
• Architectural:

Concept Design including site development, design development and approval from the Planning Commission and other pertinent agencies,

Production of contract and bid documents.

• Limited Construction Supervision

The program included three various floor plans of two and three bedroom units contained in duplex, triplex and fourplex structures. The project scope also included the design of various typical amenities such as community building, gymnasium, pool and spa.
