Ft. house required extensive cut and fill grading and series of concrete retaining walls in order to carve the building out of the uphill sloped lot and create a flat circular driveway and yard area.
The foundation was comprised of Grade Beams and Piers some descending 25 feet into the ground to reach bedrock. The structure was comprised of wood framing, several steel moment frames, and prefabricated roof trusses supporting a slate roof.
All rot iron metal interior and exterior railings as well as the glazed entry door were custom designed and fabricated in Mexico.
