Mr. Majlessi’s extensive background in architecture, construction, real estate development and finance provides a unique style of practice which encompasses all aspects of the industry. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California at Berkley, School of Environmental Design, Department of Architecture. Areas of interest included urban design and planning and use of alternative energy in architecture. His post graduate degree in architecture was received from Southern California Institute of Architecture in Los Angeles, California.

Design Tech Architecture was established in 1983 in Sausalito, California. Since then his firm has designed numerous and diverse projects of mostly residential nature such as high density town houses and condominiums, single family subdivisions and luxury residences. In 1997 he established Design Tech Construction as the real estate development and construction arm of the firm which has successfully completed and sold luxury single family homes and condominiums. Design Tech Interiors was established in 2005 in response to the real estate market demand for innovative and exciting real estate staging as an integral part of sales and marketing.

In 2009 Mr. Majlessi relocated his practice to Southern California and has been active in the field of architecture and construction in the Los Angeles area.
