The program included addition of a second story over an existing ground floor, four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, family room, formal dining and living rooms. Site design of this down slope lot included extensive use of grading and a series of short retaining walls to create a functional outdoor living space.

Permits were obtained but construction was deferred to start at a later time.
