Located in San Rafael, California, this luxury 50 lot subdivision featured breathtaking views of the San Pablo Bay and was completed in 1993.

While some of the residences were designed for and built by developers, others were custom designed for individual owners and according to their specifications.

The hillside nature of each one acre plus lot required complete design customization to fit the up, down and side sloped topography.
