Riverside Project

[easymedia-gallery med=”1120″]Located in Petaluma, California, this 350 Town House project overlooked the Petaluma River which is one of the major waterways in Northern California. The services performed included:

<li>Planning: Encompassing tentative map, precise map, and final map</li>
<li>Architectural:</li>
</ul>
-Concept Design including site development, design development and approval from the Planning Commission, Department of Fish and Game, local Building and Planning Departments and other pertinent agencies.

-Production of contract and bid documents.

The program included three various floor plans of two and three bedroom units contained in duplex, triplex and fourplex structures with detached garages. The project concept consisted of four pods, each marked by a gateway. All approvals and permits were obtained in 1987 however, the project was never constructed.
