[easymedia-gallery med=”1238″]Located in Santa Rosa, California, the design of this two hundred and eighty unit apartment project was completed in 2008, however the project was never constructed. The services performed included:

• Planning: Encompassing tentative map, precise map, and final map
• Architectural:

Concept Design including site development, design development and approval from the Planning Commission and other pertinent agencies.

The program included two various floor plans of two and three bedroom units contained in duplex, triplex and , three story structures. The project was comprised of addition of new structures within the existing development which was built in the 1960’s.
